Help with back pain

If you are suffering from acute back pain or lower back pain that’s causing significant problems or just isn’t getting any better, it could be worth trying manual therapy. Osteopathic therapy is a treatment where we manipulate and move your joints and soft tissues.

Our experienced osteopaths use a range of gentle hands-on techniques to try and help reduce back pain and reduce the risk of the problem coming back. Our aim is to release tension and improve how your body moves. We can also help with sciatica or disc injuries

An initial consultation will usually take around 45 minutes to an hour. We will discuss your health in general as well as your back pain. We will probably ask you to remove some clothing to examine you. A towel will be provided. And, if you wish, you can bring a family member or friend to join you.

To discuss your back problems and how we can help alleviate the pain, please complete a contact form or give us a call on 01422 375541.
